隱私權政策
本隱私權政策說明 curiouscreate(以下稱「我們」)所開發的 工地通 GongdiTalk 行動應用程式(以下稱「本 App」)如何蒐集、使用與保護您的資料。使用本 App 即表示您同意本政策所述的做法。
01我們蒐集的資料
本 App 為營造業跨語言溝通翻譯工具。我們僅蒐集提供服務所必要的資料:
- 您輸入的翻譯文字:您為了翻譯而輸入的訊息內容。
- 啟用序號:用於驗證您的使用權限。
- 裝置識別碼:本 App 於您首次啟用時產生的一組隨機識別碼,用於將序號綁定至您的裝置並控管授權台數。此識別碼並非您手機的硬體序號或廣告識別碼。
- 裝置基本資訊:作業系統類型與版本,用於顯示裝置名稱供您辨識。
02資料如何被使用與傳輸
為了提供翻譯功能,您輸入的文字會傳送至我們的伺服器,並再轉送至第三方人工智慧服務商 Anthropic(Claude API)進行翻譯處理,翻譯結果回傳給您。
- 傳輸過程透過 HTTPS 加密。
- 我們不會將您的翻譯內容用於翻譯以外的目的,也不會出售或出租給任何第三方作行銷用途。
- Anthropic 對其 API 處理的資料有其自身的政策,請參閱 Anthropic 隱私權政策。
03儲存在您裝置上的資料
以下資料僅儲存在您的手機本機(裝置儲存空間),不會上傳到我們的伺服器:
- 您的翻譯歷史記錄。
- 已啟用的序號與授權資訊。
您可隨時於 App 內清除翻譯歷史,或解除裝置啟用以移除本機儲存的授權資訊。移除本 App 亦會一併刪除這些本機資料。
04資料保存期間
翻譯文字在完成翻譯後不會被我們長期保存於可識別個人的形式中。序號與裝置綁定記錄會保存至該序號到期或您要求解除為止,以維持授權服務正常運作。
05資料安全
我們採取合理的技術與管理措施保護您的資料,包括傳輸加密(HTTPS)與伺服器端的存取控制。惟請理解,沒有任何網路傳輸或電子儲存方式能保證百分之百安全。
06兒童隱私
本 App 為工作場域之專業工具,並非針對未滿 13 歲之兒童設計,我們不會在知情的情況下蒐集兒童的個人資料。
07您的權利

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how curiouscreate ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your data in the 工地通 GongdiTalk mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
01Information We Collect
The App is a cross-language communication tool for the construction industry. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Text you enter for translation: the message content you type to be translated.
- Activation code: used to verify your access rights.
- Device identifier: a random identifier generated by the App on first activation, used to bind your license to your device and enforce the device limit. This is not your phone's hardware serial or advertising ID.
- Basic device info: operating system type and version, shown as a device label for your reference.
02How Data Is Used and Transmitted
To provide translation, the text you enter is sent to our server and then forwarded to a third-party AI provider, Anthropic (Claude API), for processing; the result is returned to you.
- All transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
- We do not use your translation content for any purpose other than translation, and we do not sell or rent it to any third party for marketing.
- Anthropic has its own policies for data processed through its API. See the Anthropic Privacy Policy.
03Data Stored on Your Device
The following is stored only locally on your phone and is not uploaded to our servers:
- Your translation history.
- Your activated license code and authorization info.
You can clear translation history at any time in the App, or deactivate the device to remove locally stored license data. Uninstalling the App also deletes this local data.
04Data Retention
Translation text is not retained by us long-term in personally identifiable form after processing. License and device-binding records are kept until the license expires or you request removal, in order to keep the authorization service working.
05Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and server-side access controls. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
06Children's Privacy
The App is a professional workplace tool, not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
07Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
